Bunker Hill Mine Safeguard Project
The Bunker Hill Mine Safeguard Project is located approximately 3.5 miles southwest of the town of Red River in Taos County, New Mexico. The project area (Figure 2) is on the Red River, New Mexico, USGS 7.5’ quadrangle map within the Questa Ranger District of the Carson National Forest. This project involves the following work:
Note the time restrictions for closure of some of the mine features as detailed in Table II of Division 2. Demobilization shall be conducted in such a manner to ensure that the Contractor leaves all project areas in as good or better condition than before disturbance. |
