The Administrative Services Division provides program support to the employees in every division of Energy, Minerals and Natural Resources Department.

Human Resource Bureau
The Human Resource Bureau supports the department and its employees in all aspects of personnel administration, personnel policy and benefits.

Financial Services Bureau
The Financial Service Bureau supports the department and its employees in all aspects of budget, financial reporting and compliance, purchasing, fixed assets, loss control, assignment of rights to purchase EMNRD vehicle gas and services, and oversight of building lease requirements.
