NOTICE OF MEETING, DELIBERATION AND POSSIBLE FINAL DECISION ON PETITION 09-01 OF THE NEW MEXICO MINING COMMISSION

The New Mexico Mining Commission will meet at 1:00 p.m. Monday, March 15, 2010, in Porter Hall on the 1st floor of the Wendell Chino Building located at 1220 South Saint Francis Drive in Santa Fe, New Mexico, for announcing their decision on Petition 09-01. 

After deliberation on March 3, 2010, the Commission will reopen the session to the public and announce its decision on Petition 09-01. While not anticipated, at the meeting the Commission may go into executive (closed) session to further deliberate on the record made during its hearing on Petition 09-01.  The Commission heard Petition 09-01 (Petition 09-01 – In the Matter of the Petition for Review of the Director’s Action General Permit No. MK001DRY1), submitted by Ree-Co Uranium, LP on September 15, 2009, over 5 days of hearings in October and December 2009.
