La Jara Lake
Description: Small seasonal lake on Jicarilla Apache Lands
La Jara has been negatively effected by the drought conditions. Consequently, Stocking and maintenance operations have been drastically reduced. There is still potential for specific boating and recreational uses but direct contact with the Jicarilla Dept. of Game and Fish (Kevin Terry(505)-759-3255) is strongly advised.
