Above is the link to the RFP for project year FY14/CY13.

Please note; the YCC Commission has changed the way the application will be scored.  There will be two grant writing workshops but there will no longer be any points awarded for attending the workshop.  More emphasis will be place on the budget.  The budget section will be scored based on 30 points; YCC Budget (20 points) and Applicant/Partner In-Kind Contribution (10 points).

Certification Statement Form for Multiple Work Locations/Multiple Financial Contributions (.pdf file | 21.8 KB) should be used to obtain signatures from the entity's official representative to certify that: the entity will allow the project to take place on the entity's property and/or will contribute the amounts indicated in the Applicant/Partner Contribution Tables in the Budget Section IV of the Application.

Applicants who have arranged with educational institutions to provide credit hours to Corps members for their participation in a YCC project will be required to obtain signatures from the official representative of that educational institution on the Certification Statement Form for Educational Institutions (.pdf file | 10 KB).  This completed form will document that the educational institution is willing to provide the Corps members credit hours for their participation in the YCC project.
